Palazzo Buonaccorsi dates back to the thirteenth century and it is located in the main street of the historical centre of San Gimignano, inside the city walls. Just 50mt from the gate San Matteo, the Northern entrance gate of the town, this ancient building is a short walk to the beautiful squares of the medieval town and its imposing towers. |
Palazzo Buonaccorsi has maintained the simple austerity of a typical medieval palace on the Via Francigena, where pilgrims used to walk on their way to Rome and Jerusalem. Rooms are light and airy, with beamed ceilings and ancient terracotta floors. |
Echoing the ancient tradition of the many convents and inns that used to house pilgrims, the Boldrini Family is pleased to offer their guests a friendly welcoming in a simple but comfortable accommodation in six rooms particularly suitable for families and groups of friends travelling together. |
